I’m a great admirer of CTC&G – though biased, I’ve proudly watched it emerge as both a champion of local talent and a world-class design magazine. So it was no surprise that Editorial Director DJ Carey and Co. pulled off another inspired production with Designing Greenwich. The art and design showcase is open through Monday at The Loading Dock in Stamford – a Tribeca loft-style space and perfect backdrop for the well-edited group of chic New York vendors.
On Friday, I joined industry colleagues for Donghia President Cran Baldwin’s insightful Keynote address at the Designer Breakfast. Afterwards, I walked the show, snapping a few of my favorite galleries:
Luxe modern style at Foley&Cox Home
I loved this piece by ceramicist Yumiko Kuga, at Bermingham & Co
Baccarat
Kenise Barnes Fine Art, Larchmont NY
Sculptural wood furniture at Andrianna Shamaris
Graphic, colorful rugs at Custom Cool
Beautiful modern and deco antiques at Ingrao
Designing Greenwich is well worth a trip, running through this Monday, November 12. Vite, vite!
