Preston Hollow Contemporary Craftsman

As seen in D Home

A rarity amongst most Dallas homes, this interior design is a unique mix of modern Craftsman style architecture and clean, contemporary furnishings. Originally dark and dated, seasoned interior designer Susan Bednar Long transformed this Preston Hollow home crafting a modern traditional décor mix. Combining Asian antiques with clean-lined modern pieces, the rooms are eclectic and personal to the clients’ life and interests. With targeted renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms, and other décor updates like fresh paint colors and light stained wood floors, this project is a testament to the value of tactical changes giving a fresh new look to a dated interior.
