This week I’m taking a break from writing about Italy (though I’ll return to it in my next post!) to focus on the week my family and I spent in London. I’ve always loved the UK capital and lived there while studying abroad my junior year in college. This trip, I finally did all of the touristy things I never seemed to have the time to do back when I was a student.
As with my recent stay in Berlin, I found plenty of architectural and design inspirations while exploring London’s sites and hit a few of my favorite shops and restaurants in addition. Between the city’s subdued, classical buildings and bright, playful pop culture references, there’s always something interesting to look at!
Here are some fun shots from my touring:

Next week I’ll share more design inspirations from my time in Venice!
